@the_transit_guy Charlotte’s population density actually has increased 75% since 1980, despite the fact that the city’s land area grew 44% in that same time period

There was only one way to introduce our 2025 schedule 😏
Most of the Charlotte skyline is @Panthers blue tonight 🟦 to root on the team as they take on Tampa Bay at @BofAstadium. 550 S Tryon is red 🟥 for World AIDS Day (not the Bucs...definitely not the Bucs)
This outstanding map shows the different ages of the skylines across North America. Austin vs Fort Worth is fun. What urban histories do you see reflected here? Source: https://t.co/9hSPxRjowM
@realEstateTrent A company called Deliverance tried this in London and lasted 19 years. They went out of business in 2016 but had the same model. Ghost kitchens with multiple cuisines and one number/website
@ErnieBrownII The experience of going in a Food Lion and realizing the quality of the produce is 2x that of HT for 1/2 the price is really enlightening. RIP pre Kroger Harris Teeter
If Charlotte's transit plans from the 1990s had gone accordingly, today the city could've had five light rails traveling from Uptown to the suburbs.

@Derailluer@prinzrob Why just not keep it straight ahead and make them enclose it for safety? It’s become crazy how CDOT inconveniences average citizens instead of developers and contractors. In any other city in the country this detour wouldn’t be needed.
