Among the infrastructure to be developed will include thematic restaurants, a hanging bridge, docking area that will support 20 sizeable water vessels, an aquarium, fountains with light and sound shows, open circulation area, security control spaces, modern parking space to accommodate bicycles, motorcycles and cars (sedans and buses), washroom facilities etc.
The construction is expected to be completed in exactly 12 months and funds have already been earmarked.
