BioAge is bringing in a promising drug from Amgen! BGE-105 is an agonist of the APJ receptor, and we will take it into Ph1 in Q1’22. This is BioAge’s third clinical-stage drug candidate targeting an important mechanism of aging.
@johnpoverington John, I had unsuccessfully looked for something similar. My best solution then was to look at EHRs to see repeat vs spot ICDs per patient.

I have long been a fan of drug discovery platforms that are biological agnostic. These provide a good counterbalance to the more common approach of identifying the "right" protein to target based on what we know about the disease and pathway today. 1/7
I am fascinated by their 13B inferential relationships and hopefully, a significant fraction validates experimentally. These 13B relationships showcase the value of a broad agnostic platform. IMO, Recursion has one of the best data-driven drug discovery platforms today. 6/7
