🔥 @MikeNellis to O’Reilly: “For 30 years every conservative pigeon-holes any Dem who says government can improve your life as ‘SocIALisT’ ‘COmMuNiST’ — it’s a tired talking point, makes The Right look like the Boy Who Cried Wolf to hide that they’re not offering real solutions.”
BREAKING: Trump commits his most pro-corruption crime yet by PERMANENTLY deleting the database that lists the "beneficial owners" of U.S. legal entities — meaning criminals can now easily hide behind shell companies.
"It's like Trump ordering the deletion of the FBI's fingerprint database," stated former Congressman Tom Malinowski.
We may as well have elected Al Capone to be President...
"I helped pass this law in 2020. It's purpose is to prevent drug traffickers, Russian & Chinese kleptocrats, and other international criminals from setting up anonymously owned companies to hide their money in the US. Trump's Treasury Dept. is doing this to help criminals," Malinowski wrote on X in response to the announcement from the Treasury Department.
In their post, Treasury touted the decision by their Financial Crimes Enforcement Network to "permanently" remove the requirement that entities report "beneficial ownership information." Worse still, FinCEN also stated that they "will delete previously reported information by U.S. persons from the beneficial ownership information database."
The White House didn't even bother to construct a plausible explanation for the world-shaking decision, with Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent instead offering up some platitudes about "common sense" and cutting "red tape."
But the motivation is painfully transparent. This administration is stuffed to the gills with white collar criminals. They're lining their pockets with sweetheart deals, running crypto scams, and constructing elaborate financial architectures for hiding and laundering money. This new decision makes it far more difficult for upstanding law enforcement agents to detect and prosecute these wrongdoings.
"'Beneficial ownership information'" is just a record of who actually owns a company. That's all that was being reported here, so that we didn't have LLCs in Delaware laundering millions of dollars through the US and into offshore banks on behalf of totally anonymous people," wrote Malinowski.
"Treasury deleting the beneficial ownership info it already gathered is utterly crazy. This database was not public -- it was just for law enforcement to use in investigating crimes. It's like Trump ordering the deletion of the FBI's fingerprint database," he continued.
"Why is the Trump administration doing this? I don't know. But it's certainly good news for rich Russians who want to buy his condos, or Gulf royals buying his fake crypto. The true identities of people he's done business with, if registered with Treasury, will now be deleted," he went on.
This particular point is crucial. Trump has been taking bribes out in the open (look no further than his Qatari jet) so one can only imagine what he and his family are raking in from foreign governments behind closed doors. By deleting this database, he makes it much easier for America's adversaries to funnel money to him and his cronies. This isn't just criminal, it's downright treasonous.
"Last but not least, this is totally illegal!" added Malinowski. "Congress passed a law -- with strong Republican support BTW -- saying Treasury had to collect and keep beneficial ownership info. The Trump administration cannot say 'we're just not going to do it.'"
"This will find its way to court. It will be struck down. But the deletion of data currently available to law enforcement may be irreversible," he concluded. "It's one of the most lawless and corrupt things this administration has done, and that's saying a lot."
The illegality would be relevant under any other President, but with Republican control of Congress we can safely presume no action will be taken until after the midterms when Democrats obtain subpoena power. And since we likely can't undo the database deletion, we need to investigate and prosecute everyone who was involved in it.

to the men who say, “I’m too scared to even touch a woman in this Me Too era because of the possibility of an allegation.”
GOOD. Don’t touch us. Don’t touch us unless we ask. Live by that. Act by that. We would greatly appreciate it.
The SAVE America Act continues to fail in the Senate — and now lawmakers have left town until mid-September.
“It’s too late for them to enact any voter suppression or election subversion legislation for it to have [an] impact for the 2026 midterm elections,” Marc Elias says.

BREAKING: In a stunning moment, CNN's Senior Data analyst just revealed new polling that shows Democrats have an 83% chance at retaking the House and a 46% chance of retaking the Senate. The blue wave is coming and it's going to wash away the Republican Party.
Trump put his staff and press at risk to save his own hide.
The fact that the right is trying to push this as a “cool cloak and dagger” thing is so insane. It’s a cult.
This shows Iran is stronger than he said, his plane is worse than he said, and he doesn’t care about his people.
Sorry. It’s true.
We’ve got the worm-eaten-brain crew making decisions about our children's health.
And then they wonder why measles, whooping cough, and mumps are making a comeback.
How about we listen to the folks who actually went to medical school.
TWEEPS: Biden averaged 336,000 jobs a month for 48 straight months. Never lost a single one. trump averaged 33,000 a month and just LOST 23,000 in July alone. 7 months of job losses.
Republicans broke the economy. #TrumpsJobsCrisis
Congratulations to @peggyflanagan for her victory in today's primary. Now the fight begins to defeat Michele Tafoya in November and take the fight to Trump & his rubber stamps in the U.S. Senate.
This means it was entirely appropriate for Fauci to assert the 5th Am when he testified—because there was a threat of future prosecution & he had the right to avoid self-incrimination.
I love my House Rep Ted Lieu; he never minces words. He made a post, directed to the DOJ, which said: "Any federal prosecutor who even tries to prosecute David Hearn (reflecting pool) again will be sanctioned, disbarred, and served with subpoenas next term. Take your authoritarian shit and shove it. November is coming."
BREAKING: LOL, THANKS SEAN! Hannity accidentally gives a glowing endorsement to democratic socialist Oliver Larkin by listing off his policies on air — and every single one is a WINNER.
These Republican hacks have no idea how out of touch they are...
"I’m Oliver Larkin and I approve this message," Larkin wrote on X, boosting a clip of the Hannity segment.
"If Oliver Larkin had his way, well, there would be Medicare for All, no more electoral college, automatic same-day voter registration, an immediate shift away from fossil fuels," said Hannity. "In other words, just like every other DSA candidate, he would radically transform our country until, I would argue, it's not recognizable."
Oh, the horror!
Imagine if Americans could afford to go to the hospital without fear of bankruptcy and your money actually went towards healthcare instead of towards buying more yachts for insurance company CEOs.
Imagine if the candidate who got the most votes actually became President, instead of adhering to an antiquated voting system designed to help slave states hold onto power.
Imagine if voting was easy and encouraged.
Imagine if we actually did something to fight the existential threat of climate change and invested in clean energy like every other advanced country in the world.
To Hannity, those ideas are horrifying because they endanger the profits of the corporations and oligarchs he so slavishly serves. The only people who oppose "transforming" this country are those already benefiting from the corrupt status quo.
"Here to try and defend his, well, agenda, Florida Democratic congressional candidate Oliver Larkin," Hannity continued. "I do appreciate you coming on. I do. Let's pick up where we left off on my radio show... So, I ask you, 'to each according to their need, from each American according to their ability.' And I asked you, well, who said that? You did not know that it was Karl Marx. Have you had time to think about that?"
At this point, this kind of pathetic, long-hanging "communist" fearmongering only works on the most brainwashed Fox News boomers who spend their days soaking in paranoid right-wing media. The over-reliance on this Red Scare messaging is a clear indication that Republicans have nothing substantive to run on this election cycle.
"I've been focusing on meeting the people of our district," said Larkin. "And I'm not coming at this from a theoretical point of view. I'm coming at this race from a pragmatic point of view of what the American people and the people of South Florida need. And that is Medicare for All. That is universal child care. That is the policy proposals that you just articulated on your show."
"This is what people, working-class people, Democrats, Republicans and independents want to see reflected in our government's priorities," he added.
What do you think of Larkin's proposals?
Please ❤️ and share if you'd gladly vote for a democratic socialist!
