- Support organizations that are already creating awareness.
- Work with influential people in different communities to educate our people about suicide prevention.
- Conduct mental health programs in schools

Survivors and families of the deceased are not treated with compassion and sympathy which they need more than ever. This alone sends the survivors back to the thoughts of feeling worthless and unwanted.

@ManCaveUg We host mental health events every after 2 months and very few men turn up but those that do are learning to answer the question“how are you?”. We also always have sponsor two people for a therapy session with a psychologist.
