@andrewcairns Deciding ‘which’ mess deserves fixing may be the challenge. Some mess are worth fixing as long as the heart is in to it and pouring precious extra time in to it, adds to one’s life rather than take away from it.
Basically, one that leaves you in better shape than it found you.

@bchesky Fee could be split 70-30 between customers and host. This can help take out any confusion as well as reduce any unnecessary expectation. Encourage small business owners of cleaning crew.

@JambaJuice the mobile app experience is so worse than ordering thru the website. Especially The payment screen, please make them consistent. Better user experience = more conversions.
