Despite his own suffering, Hussam was racing against time to find treatment for his wife Samaher, who was battling cancer. He watched her with helplessness and sorrow as she struggled with pain and fought against death. Yet, he passed away before achieving his dream, leaving behind a deep wound and a heavy burden on the heart of his young son Ahmed, who now carries the weight of his sick mother and struggles to save her from the clutches of illness.

In honor of Hussam, his story, and his camera, give hope to his wife Samaher by helping provide her treatment abroad before she loses her battle, leaving Ahmed and his siblings to face this immense pain alone.
