Built an autonomous data collection system that runs entirely locally.
No SaaS.
No subscription.
No paid APIs.
No third-party accounts.
Just a system you own and run on your own infrastructure.

I noticed something interesting.
Many recruitment tools focus on collecting applications.
Very few focus on helping recruiters prioritize them.
That's the problem I decided to solve first.

The idea behind this project was simple.
I wasn't trying to automate recruiters.
I was trying to reduce repetitive work.
Reviewing applications is important.
Manually sorting hundreds of them shouldn't be.
#Recruitment#Hiring#HRTech
The goal was never to automate recruitment.
The goal was to automate sorting.
Recruiters still make the decision.
The system simply helps them identify where to start.
#Recruitment#Hiring#HRTech
One thing I wanted to avoid from day one:
Recruiters spending hours manually sorting applications.
Every campaign in my recruitment system has its own scoring model.
Different role?
Different criteria.
Different company?
Different priorities.
The recruiter defines the rules.
The system applies them consistently.

Recruitment without SaaS
Built from scratch.
No database.
No external dependencies.
Fully configurable scoring and matching system.
Most recruitment tools collect applications.
The real problem starts after that.
When 100 candidates apply, recruiters still have to decide who deserves attention first.
That's why I built a recruitment system based on configurable matching and weighted scoring.
Not AI.
Not CV guessing.
Just transparent recruitment logic.

Most recruitment platforms are designed to collect data.
Mine was designed to process applications and move on.
When a campaign closes:
- candidates are informed
- applications are removed
- uploaded files are deleted
No need to keep data forever.
@_SaxX_ Elle cherche trop loin.
Dépendances externes, scripts tiers, cookies, traceurs, plugins, CRM, pixels marketing, SaaS empilés…
À force de déléguer chaque brique à un service différent, plus personne ne sait vraiment où passent les données.
