My car was hit from behind by a PB cab on the flyover from Shalimar Bagh to Rajouri Garden (near Punjabi Bagh). I called 911 immediately but was made to wait for almost 2 hours before police arrived.1/3

After reaching, I was told both vehicles would be taken to the police station and would remain there until the issue was resolved. I had already waited for hours and had a patient to attend, so I had no choice but to leave.
