Welcome TMLR! A lot of the ideas are similar to the ones behind @jsysresearch. We use OpenReview too and have similar metrics for acceptance! I hope more journals with similar principles are created!

Excited to report that our paper on specifying and testing GPU forward progress models was conditionally accepted to OOPSLA! Joint work with @HuguesEvrard, @wicko3, @afd_icl, @margmartonosi, and 2 Princeton undergrads (at the time) Lucas Salvador and Hari Raval!
