Hear what my Professor of International Law taught me, which I enjoy so much:

“Remember that a telephone conversation, by itself, does not establish the identity of the person who made or received the call. There must be reliable and independent evidence connecting the telephone number and the person who allegedly used it to the individual appearing before the Court.”

My Professor of International Law in 1991 told me that:

“Possession of a passport does not, by itself, prove that a person travelled to a particular country. Where the passport contains no visa, entry stamp, exit stamp, or other independent travel evidence, it cannot alone establish that the person was physically present in that country at the relevant time.”

Again, my Professor taught me that:

“If it is alleged that the person you spoke to on the telephone is the same person now before the Court, ask that the evidence establishing that identity and the alleged travel to the relevant country be clearly identified and properly proved.”

Mere assertion, wishful thinking, or assumption is not sufficient.

My Professor also told me to ask anyone on earth:

“If the person one speaks to via phone is not identified, then he could be a ROBOT — THEN ACQUIT.” 🤖😂

That is why I love International Law at all costs.

If you want another man to assist you,

• Financial assistance,

Never use your emotional issues and predicaments as bargaining points.

Nobody is interested in your problems,

"I am suffering, please help."

"My wife is sick, I need the job."

"I have been kicked out of the rental house. Please help"

"Banks are auctioning me."

"I have a degree, yet I am jobless, I am depressed."

Once you sell your emotional package, you automatically become a turn-off.

A man will help you in view of your value to him, not because you are suffering.

He may be philanthropic in supporting you in the short term. Still, he will expect you to discard your victimhood mentality and seek a sustainable solution to move beyond your rock bottom.

However, do not pour your problems onto him.

The best he can do is to tell you,

"May God see you through."

Please note that everyone is going through some sort of problems, including the man you are seeking help from, not just you.

Many men you see as successful are seen that way because they have successfully hidden their chaos and emotions from the rest of the world.

The man you see driving an expensive car and wearing expensive suits is also going through something that, if he shared, you would empathize with his situation.

A lot of men have chosen to outgrow their problems by ignoring circumstances beyond their control while focusing on maximizing their skills and value to the world.

So, when you are seeking support from another man, sell your skill, value and experience, and how you can solve a problem for him.

Keep your suffering and problems to yourself; nobody is interested in them.

You are a MAN, you have yourself, and that is enough.

Your breakthrough will come.

About the December 20 Nkulumane By-Elections !! . It's all set : The Opposition has once again Awarded Zanu PF a free Penalty! With 9 candidates having successfully gone through the nomination process , Zanu PF is likely to win , not because people in Bulawayo love Zanu PF so much but because the contemporary Opposition CCC and factions , MDC and factions, ZAPU , etc are so determined to fight each other than Zanu PF.
This was an opportunity for any serious opposition to unite and present a viable candidate ,support each other and at least retain the opposition voice in Parliament, unfortunately they choose to as usual divide the opposition vote between and among themselves. For them its much better for Zanu PF to win the seat than any one of them.
Dear Zimbabweans , when you see Zanu PF winning it is not because of rigging or electoral reforms etc it is mainly because of such awards given freely. For Now it's now up to Zanu PF to take up the penalty correctly or not.
This is why l maintain my propositions for a "One Party State " for Zimbabwe . What is happening is not benefiting any citizenry it's rather a continued cycle of confusion packaged as the barometer and model of good Governance . Every 5 years we are faced with this , in between major elections we are having such circuses. When Are We Going To Attend to a sober "Nation Building Agenda" as a unified People . Yesterday on the Tour of Mash West, our final stop was Shungai Investment’s US$70 million cement plant in Chegutu. The site construction is progressing well with full production set for early next year. The of 800 000 tonnes capacity project moves Zimbabwe closer to cement self‑sufficiency and lower prices. The project is strategically located in the limestone rich Chegutu town. The firm  says it is adopting sustainable extraction to ensure operations remain environmentally friendly. Regarding the Bryden Country School conversation, the two parties are engaging.

✅The Pan African Forum Ltd & Associates acknowledges your recent statement regarding the need to investigate killings and alleged human rights violations linked to Tanzania’s October 29 elections.

✅We DO NOT SHARE your view that justice, accountability BE DONE ON TANZANIAN GOVERNMENT ONLY WITHOUT ALSO INVESTIGATING INTERNATIONAL NGOS THAT HAVE CAUSED CONFLICTS IN SEVERAL AFRICAN COUNTRIES NAMELY - MOZAMBIQUE ,AND NOW TANZANIA.

✅We agree that respect for human rights is essential to the pillars for peace and democracy, not only in Tanzania but across Africa.

✅We further emphasize the importance of upholding national sovereignty, due process, and equality before the law in all inquiries. The credibility of the United Nations depends upon its unwavering commitment to fairness and its ability to pursue truth without political or financial bias.

The ZRP confirms the arrest of Webster Nhau (51) in connection with robbery and murder of a businessperson Joseph Mutangadura (67) on 17/08/2025 at Mutangadura Hideout Farm, Ruwa.
