We currently have a conservatory with boxes of new parts which were delivered several weeks ago. We seem to have to just store this until whenever you decide you’re going to do something, if at all. Somehow we’re expected to pay full price for this dismal experience.

@WrenKitchens Your customer service is terrible. Had a kitchen fitted in April, we’ve had nothing but problems. Have followed up through your recommended channels but responses often delayed or ineffective so am messaging here so whole world can see it.

After six months we still don’t have a fully functional kitchen and at no point after the fitting have you done a basic quality control check to see if the fitting is ok. It feels like you just want us to go away.

@OnestreamFibre My internet service is down and there is no way to contact you! Live chat is off, phone line not answered after 4pm on Saturday, seemingly no way of customers being able to reach you + no updates coming from you. Very poor.

Just adding to say that at the current rate of processing at bag drop (2 people have dropped bags in Euro Traveller queue so far) most of the passengers will miss their plane despite showing up over two hours in advance.

@British_Airways Queue for bag drop at Munich Airport is a joke. No staff around for a long time, now only two people (one of whom isn’t seeing to customers just yet)

@CWOA Your queuing system for the Gruffalo ride is simply awful, barely moving and terribly organised for a kids attraction. Seems like lots of queue jumping going on.

@SW_Help Auto delay repay not working, says an error has occurred meaning I can’t amend journey details. Every time auto delay repay puts a later time than the train I was on 🧐 Not very honest of you.

@SW_Help Total chaos at Woking, no railway replacement bus, no staff around, no announcements, no help. This is a shambles.
