Before we change the education system, we can make a resolution: I will try to read about 10 pages of a book daily. Self-education is the important thing if you want to educate yourself.
Unemployed youth program: avoid illicit sex, alcohol, tobacco and do japa or pray. Do some work even for low pay. Read a book, go for walks daily. Keep on trying to find work.
When small civic tasks get done, your faith in humanity and the authorities is restored. Today, delhi jal board employees cleared a blocked sewer. #delhijalboard
Thank you
I think a good way to educate children would be to teach them reading, writing and arithmetic. Encourage them to play games. Tell them to avoid violence, sensuality, theft, and smoking, drinking and drugs. Give them a bank of 30 minute videos. Also provide easy to read books.
@RobinSharma Respected Mr Robin Sharma, I think you have completed the first draft that is why you are openly talking about it. They say writing should be kept secret till the first draft is completed.
People have already started playing music on loudspeakers and will continue till the night. Postpone all plans of reading, writing, prayer and meditation for the rest of the day today.

https://t.co/wjhXaguVCX. The word 'schooled' suggests gandhi did not know much or had wrong views on the subject. In fact gandhi knew as much as Raman about humanity and religion. They exchanged ideas. Word is used wrongly.

It is sad to see a dispute between a saint and a learned man. Premanandji is a man of God -realisation and it hurts his admirers like me to see this criticism. I haven't listened to rambhadracharya ji so I cannot make a judgment.
I am grateful for the review by Mr Manish Anand. Yesterday evening, I listened to mr manish anand being interviewed by two students of mother divine public school and found it inspiring and interesting. may Lord Shiva bestow his blessings on him.
Book Review: Pankaj Kumar’s book combines Buddhist wisdom, philosophical insights, and psychological thought for a journey of introspection and inner clarity. #book https://t.co/i4kAIrtqok
How much noise we have in Delhi! Religious people put up loudspeakers and play songs. Schools also play songs on the loudspeaker. Any kind of reading, writing or meditation at home becomes difficult.
@SchopenhauerNow Schooenhauer lived like a hermit and ascetic, but unfortunately neitzsche went insane later in life. But I can't judge as I haven't read much neitzsche
Noise pollution. There is so much noise in Delhi that any kind of reading, meditation, prayer or writing becomes impossible. People put up loudspeakers which play loud music or sermons for hours. I suppose ordinary people who have one vote each don't mind loud music all day.
@DeepakChopra Dr Chopra, I wish you success in your efforts. When I had faced a spiritual crisis many years ago, I had benefited from Leo Tolstoy's book a confession, Buddhism by Christmas Humphreys, and some books by you and other writers. Journal writing was a great help.
