@Ncell Why am I charged for 3 different data packs at a time? Had activated a monthly pack and also noticed 2 other weekly packs are getting auto renewed. When someone moves to monthly data packs, why do u auto activate weekly pack? Completely unethical, kati jana ko bhako hola?

@Ncell I called to the customer care and I was told that's how your system works. If it's the case you need to fix it and credit back the deduction.
Just a waste of time talking to your customer care service.

@WLinkComm What's the process to upgrade from 30 mbps to 50 mbps plan? It's literally slow at times and your customer care isn't reachable at all. Hoping to get better speed with 50 mbps plan.
