@Bookingcom, I am not getting anywhere contacting you via your Help Centre so I’m left with no choice but to contact you via x. I booked a place that was filthy and nothing like the listing photos. The rear courtyard door’s lock was broken, with damaged casing, making it unsafe and not feasible to stay. Recent reviews gave it a 1, saying the same. I sent two messages via your Help Center, but got no reply. Had to find another place to stay, costing me a fortune at midnight. Please respond and refund my booking. #TravelIssues #BookingCom

@GladysB We’ve seen this before. Just hard lock down the city now before Xmas and New Years so we don’t have 1000s of cases before the end of Jan. Failure to do so will be diabolically worse than screwing up everyone’s Xmas & eoy celebrations

@Kris_HK Diluting CRO, killing MCO, bonuses on exchange, reset staking timeframes. Is it just me or does it feel like things are going well until something big and time bombed happens, shimmering with returns and bonuses, but is actually a digital sleight of hand? I could be wrong 🤔
