Below, I have provided the charts for the last 20 presidential election years. Red lines indicate a Republican president in office, while blue lines indicate a Democratic president.

As far as I know, Binance shouldn't allow transfers via API without that option selected. The only other way funds can disappear is only if someone got access to your account and set up API access to a bogus 3Commas app.
