केंद्रीय सचिवालय सेवा में अनुभाग अधिकारी पर लगभग 50 प्रतिशत ख़ाली पड़ें पदो को लेकर @CSSforum_ के महासचिव श्री आशुतोष मिश्रा एवं साथी पदाधिकारियों की लगातार संयुक्त सचिव, कार्मिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग एवं निजी सचिव, माननीय मंत्री कार्मिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग, डॉ जितेंद्र सिंह जी से तय समय सीमा में रिक्तियों को भरने के लिए मुलाक़ात का दौर जारी है, जिसमें डीओपीटी अधिकारियों ने पदाधिकारियों को सुनिश्चित किया है कि आगामी 30 जून 2023 तक सभी योग्य सहायक अनुभाग अधिकारियों को प्रोन्नति दे दी जाएगी एवं 2023 तक की सभी बैकलॉग रिक्तियों को भर दिया जाएगा परंतु इस संबंध में सीएस प्रभाग द्वारा अभी तक अनुभाग अधिकारी लेवल पर भरी जाने वाली रिक्तियों की संख्या एवं आवश्यक कार्यवाही शुरू करने के संकेत नहीं मिले है। @PMOIndia @narendramodi @DrJitendraSingh @DoPTGoI #MissionRecruitment

Getting due promotion from @DoPTGoI is literally an uphill task for CSS officers. Persistent efforts are a must!

Left unchecked, DoPT will stay in its usual mode of inaction. Delay in promotion by years is the standard set by it after all!

More than 1800 ASOs of 2013 and 2014 Batch are eligible for promotion under Seniority Quota.

More than 3000 ASOs of 2013 to 2016 Batch are waiting for their promotions under LDCE Quota.

LDCE Examination has not been held since 2019.

By giving adhoc promotion, vacancies will trickle down in grade of ASO which can be filled up by SSC through Direct Recruitment. It will help @DoPTGoI in achieving the target of 10 lakh employment by Govt by Dec,2023 as envisioned by Hon'ble @PMOIndia

Sad how @DoptGoI has normalized delay in promotion of CSS officers, who are considered backbone of the Central Govt, to such an extent, that asking for it even long after it's due would quickly brand you impatient/defiant.

We are disappointed. Not because promotions are not happening. Rather because ad-hoc promotion can easily be given to all eligible ASOs of 2013 batch according to rules, but @DoPTGoI is not doing that in spite of huge vacancies.
