Here is another example of why @tvkvijayHQ is against temples.
The previous DMK regime, through their mismanagement and corruption, had bankrupted the TNEB corporation, which was a financially healthy institution under the management of Late CM Jayalalithaa Senthil Balaji, the minister in charge of this department under the DMK regime, has a history of corruption and was also arrested and unseated from his position.
Since the situation had evolved beyond control, the DMK government came up with the idea of plugging the financial hole of TNEB through a sister company called Tamil Nadu Power Finance Corporation. This company kept raising public funds and poured it into TNEB to ensure that the EB department of the state doesn't end up bankrupt. As a result, the company ended up raising about 9500 crores more than the RBI permissible limit.
When the company needed an extra 2700 crores, no takers were found due to its poor return of investment and terrible financial state. As a result, in Feb 2026, the stalin government passed a GO to deposit 2700 crores of temple funds into the financially weak TNEB through Power Finance Corporation.
Now when the same is being challenged in courts, the @tvkvijayHQ regime is not even ready to provide a guarantee for the temple funds deposited, leave alone ensuring the return of this illegal transfer of temple funds into a government department.
Does this mean that @tvkvijayHQ wants the ancient temples of Tamil Nadu bankrupt? It must be noted that already more than 30000 out of 44000 temples of @tnhrcedept are running under one pooja per day scheme. Many temples don't even have enough funds for lamps and naivedya. In such a situation, how can one justify this illegal transfer? Will @rameshoffcl intervene and speak up for his department? Or will the TVK regime also bat for bankruptcy of temples until the time the courts intervene and prevent this mishap?
Shri C Joseph Vijay (@TVKVijayHQ), Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, calls on Smt @nsitharaman.

1) Who’s dumb is clear from your first point itself. Anyone with basic comprehension can understand that "EVM tampering" was a sarcastic reference, not a literal claim that EVMs existed in 1946.
2) Yes, “tampering” was the correct word. Grammar mistakes happen. English isn’t my first language.
3) Again showing dumbness in understanding context. Nowhere was the larger point about the election process itself. Everyone knew the Congress President in 1946 would head the Interim Govt and effectively become the next PM.
4) Again dumbness in semantics. Congress committees overwhelmingly backed Sardar Patel over Nehru. Voting doesn’t only mean pressing a button at a polling booth.
5) You proved my point yourself. Gandhi intervened and asked Patel to step aside just because Nehru was his 🥄
@sardesairajdeep@ECISVEEP Why aren't the lakhs of legal citizens excluded from SIR being helped? No one has complained yet, only the propaganda media is saying so.
Congratulations to the people of Assam.
Uniform Civil Code has been the BJP’s resolve since the day of its foundation. Under PM Shri @narendramodi Ji's leadership, BJP-led state governments are establishing uniform law for every citizen. I am delighted that after Uttarakhand and Gujarat, Assam too has passed the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) Bill today. On this occasion, I congratulate Chief Minister of Assam Shri @himantabiswa Ji and all the legislators who supported this bill.
We are committed to enshrining the principle of equality before the law in every part of the country.
A watershed moment in Assam's history as we become the third Indian State to enact the UCC fulfilling the desire of the founding fathers of our nation.
It fulfils three important issues
✅Article 44 of Constitution
✅ @BJP4India's Founding Ideals
✅ @BJP4Assam electoral promise
Will Govt of Tamil Nadu give a sovereign guarantee to the deposits of ₹2700 Crores of temple Funds in Tamil Nadu Power Finance and Infrastructure Development Corporation ?
The Hon’ble Division Bench of Madras High Court asked this question to the Learned Advocate General and Learned Additional Advocate General today in my PIL.
I had challenged TN Government’s amendment of Investment Rules under the TN HR&CE Act, 1959 by which TNPFC was added as approved entity many years after illegally depositing ₹2700 Crores of temple Funds. It was a knee jerk reaction after Govt and @tnhrcedept received my legal notice in Jan 2026.
Learned Senior Counsel Shri S Ravi who presented my case told the Court that TNPFC had borrowed in excess of limit allowed by RBI - at least ₹12,000/- Crores of excess Public Deposits. Sr Counsel said these funds will have to be returned to the investors
Government Counsels had no answer for this.
Matter will be heard by Hon’ble Division Bench again on Friday.
