I have stopped taking this highway for over 15 years now.

Even Pune to Kolhapur is in perpetual construction. Highway becomes good moment you enter Karnataka.

For almost a decade and a half, this highway is being made by the NHAI.
The road quality is terrible where complete, and still many parts are incomplete!

Last month when we visited it, and exposed the quality of the road, we also exposed an underpass that was flooded and had fish swim in it!!

What escalations is the regime approving?? Who are these contractors? Why shouldn’t they be made to pay for it instead of the taxpayer paying for such shoddy work?
