@karinagould Improving? You’re fixing the wrong things. New tool gave me “no appointments available”. Improved call centre stats: first it did not put me in the queue (good way to improve stats), second all staff can do is give you the stage you’re at and tell you to go to an office.

I booked Priceline rental car...thought it was a cancellable. Confirming email outlined it was non-cancellable. IMMEDIATELY (within a minute of booking) called to reverse the booking. They declined. Airlines give 24 hours to cancel. Priceline keeps your money. @priceline
