I am looking for a Ph.D. or postdoctoral position to work on plant-microbe interactions.
I am sharing my CV on Twitter and would kindly request my colleagues and scientists to retweet it.

@Sumnercwjc Which is exactly what is needed. I was never going to switch from model systems until I did. My team is working so hard on this. 7 days a week without a break for nearly 3 years.
@Edel_PLopez In CTAB protocol, Dithiothreitol (DTT) (to decrease the probable oxidation for tissues with high polysaccharides and secondary metabolites), and PVPP (for tissues with high polyphenolic pollution) should be used to get a high-quality RNA.
Good luck
@Edel_PLopez In the case of using the kit, surely QIAGEN is the best. It depends on your material, if the tissue has high starch content, CTAB will be helpful.
Trizol reagent also gives good result.
@sayan_bera3 @ChadNihranz @bugsbyblee@saumbios Many thanks to all, speakers, audiences, and co-organisers...
It was a fruitful experience for me.
All the best
Great speakers are speaking in our member symposium spanning from different geographical regions and working on different model systems focusing on multi-trophic interactions. @SaskiaHogenhout@cmalmstrom14 @clarecasteel @aewtospo @SanfordEigenbrode @saumbios
After first sampling (Wheat and Potato) in May, Now is the time for second sampling (Rice) with the best uncles in the world (Gholamreza Mobasheri and Mohammadreza Mobasheri) for the @CropGlobal Microbiome Survey.
A nice study showing how a novel potyvirus infecting Saffron plants (prevalent in Iran) affects the plant's secondary metabolites; the adverse effect can be nullified by different processing techniques.
Very proud of my first independent collaborative paper with @parizadshr in the Food Chemistry Journal @ElsevierConnect. https://t.co/hvt3rukwZM. Here, comes the twitter thread:
@sayan_bera3 @ElsevierConnect Very happy with our fruitiful collaboration. Thanks for your support.
Here, is my CV on my personal website: https://t.co/WGTkXgpD8y
Please reach out to me if anybody has some information on Postdoc positions.

I am so happy to have Dr. Parizad as my masters' supervisor. She is the best mentor I could get. I would kindly request that you retweet as much as possible. I want the best for her.
Any lab who is willing to host an researcher with expertise in plant virology, evolution, epidemiology and, plant molecular biology, please reach out to me. 2/2
