Finally! @Vitality_UK have at last put up a notification on their login page (on the website anyway) to say there is an issue. It is at least a step in the right direction but it still took 3 days to happen despite the number of tweets on social media alerting them to the issue

@Vitality_UK No response to my DM (or even read it) yet and still no update on social media to even suggest you have people looking into the issue… This is pretty basic stuff in terms of communicating to your customers when you have an issue - especially as error screen says it’s your side!

@Vitality_UK both app and website are not working to login to my account. App just has error 300L and offers to retry or logout and website says you have a service issue but there’s no updates on here or elsewhere as to when this might get resolved… Seems to have been down days!

Seeing an increasing number of phishing scams hiding behind Cloudflare’s Bot Management tool - I presume to prevent tools like Microsoft Defender from scanning the link?

Yet another sophisticated phishing attack seen today where the spoofed MS login form even had custom logo etc

@EE @JayyyJamieee I’ve been having the same issue on the app and via web browser (multiple browsers in fact) since yesterday afternoon. Now past the login screen on browser but stuck in a loading/refresh loop on the account dashboard with a message occasionally saying try later.

@HANTSAR responded to a call from @HantsPolice to look for a missing person on the evening of March 25th.

This was the 1000th Callout for our all-volunteer charity, to search for vulnerable and at-risk missing people on behalf of the police, since our formation in 2003. 1/4

@ParallelsCares This was resolved eventually, took an hour or so to get the verification code so I gave up and did something else. Have since setup OTP MFA which should help avoid this in future. Thanks

Hey @ParallelsCares are you aware of any email delivery issues from your login system? Stuck waiting for the email to come through before I can finish logging in and I’ve received other emails whilst I’ve been waiting - have requested multiple resends but still nothing…

I really hate companies that forcibly block your ability to login until you’ve clicked a link in an email as more often than not said email can take any amount of time to actually arrive. I know it is a security thing but I would much rather have the ability to do TOTP instead!
