There is no secret to successful innovation. You have to try and fail, having to fail fast is your strategy. We should understand the industry and pivot as soon as it is required without being emotionally attached to the invention.

As they say necessity is the mother of invention. Necessity is the only thing that pushes people to innovate. If you have the need and the problem, you will find a solution to the problem cause you need it.
