@MataliSolu23772 Shocking and disheartening. A decorated veteran is being made to plead for justice despite full payment, valid documents, and clear directives from senior officials.
@vikramyadav i humbly request you to kindly look into this matter

1.5 YEARS OF INJUSTICE | A VETERAN IGNORED | GOVT SILENCE CONTINUES
Plot No. DSB-21, Sector 59, Industrial Estate, Faridabad
I am Manish Gupta, a Veteran of the Indian Army, forced to raise my voice on social media
because @MCF_Faridabad and @HSIIDC_Haryana have consistently failed to act on my rightful
request for the execution of the Conveyance Deed—despite full payment and compliance with
every legal and administrative requirement.
THE FACTS:
₹78.3 lakhs paid in full
Possession Certificate issued (March 2024)
No Dues Certificate from HSIIDC
Meeting held on 7 March 2025 with senior IAS officers:
— Shri Sushil Sarwan (MD, HSIIDC)
— Shri Sunil Sharma (CCI, HoD Estate & Mining)
Clear instructions were given to HSIIDC and MCF to resolve the issue
But till now: ZERO ACTION
NO REPLY to my repeated emails, reminders, and official follow-ups
The Municipal Corporation of Faridabad (MCF) is the main culprit behind this delay.
Despite directions from HSIIDC’s own Managing Director, MCF has done absolutely nothing.
When it’s time to collect taxes, government machinery works with speed.
⚖ But when it’s time to deliver justice—there’s silence, bureaucracy, and no accountability.
This is how corruption thrives.
I am attaching all proof publicly:
Allotment Letter
Possession Certificate
Payment Receipts
No Dues Certificate
Meeting Minutes
DO Letter by MD HSIIDC to ULB
Email trail with NO response
Is this what a law-abiding citizen and ex-serviceman deserves?
This is the harsh truth of governance failure.
If I, a veteran, have to fight this hard for something that is legally mine, what hope is there
for the common citizen?
I am tagging the media because people must know the truth:

🗣 I will not stop. I will continue to raise my voice until this injustice is corrected.
How will our country become a “Developed Nation” with this speed of justice and delivery?

This dog's name was Gunner. My uncle brought him back from WW2. He was raised and slept under my uncle's anti- aircraft gun. The gun crew shared their
rations to feed him. By the time he was 18 months old, my uncle said he would stand up and look at the sky. If he laid back down they knew all was ok. If he growled
and put his hackles up they got at the ready. He knew the sound of the German aircraft and my uncle said he
never got it wrong. He said Gunner was better than any early warning system. I'm probably the only one left in the family that knows that story now, so I thought I'd tell it before it's lost forever, like many stories must be from that time. Thanks for reading it.
