@bentigg Could be a tax accountant or tax lawyer. Someone that can holistically consider your situation and intention to sell, hold your hand and set you up for success (and a lower tax bill!). This is a great list by the way.
@XavierHelgesen I remain optimistic. Though having worked in East Africa for several years, it is incredibly difficult to do business there and little to no purchasing power among consumers. It will be a slow process!
@ClintFiore Big EBITDA margins can be scary. Can be a sign that the owner is doing A LOT and has under invested in opex. Pull the owner out of the business and then the reality hits that you need to spend to build infrastructure
