@austinenergy - checking in again. Still no way to tell you about the outtage on our block. Staring down the weekend w/out power. If that happens, it will be 5 days. The block neighbors have reported this over and over. Need help.

@austinenergy Thanks for all the hard work restoring power to Austin neighborhoods but we still need some help. Seems like the reporting system won’t recognize our block’s multiple reports of outages from multiple neighbors and we can’t get through to a human to figure out why.
