My goal was a 100 kg bench at 80 years old, but maybe I aimed too low.

142.5 kgs at 80 years old is probably a better goal.

Deadlifted 205 kgs x 6 reps.

Had to drop 5 kgs from last week because of the fatigue and my body is already busy fighting the heat 🥵

@Metabolic1992 I'd say training your leg twice a week would be about right for most people.

For me I train legs 4 times a week because I'm a powerlifter 😂
