@LDNLutonAirport Luton Airport is running just fine inside and the staff outside are managing the temporary drop-off brilliantly. Just get there a bit earlier and avoid parking if you can and use public transport from Luton town.
They’re a couple of thousand parking spaces short just now!
@LDNLutonAirport I dropped someone off at LLA this morning at 6:00 and the queue on the approach took 20 minutes. Nothing like the “two mile” queue BBC is reporting now (check out Google maps traffic map and there’s no two mile queue shown there either)
@USActress_Spain I had no idea about her history but just found out by chance because I’m watching a SB film and googled because I vaguely thought I’d heard that she spoke German . . . and we’re actually on holiday in . . Nuremberg!
Thanks for having posted this cute pic ages ago!!
@NestleCare you’re supporting Ukraine while still feeding Russia? It seems like a business decision- you condemn bullying in the workplace but won’t even fully boycott a war criminal invading, murdering and destroying another country? How can you ?
@nats626 Yep. Great dog. Judging should be technical, not down to personal preference- they should be able to admit that they don’t like a particular design personally but judge it on whether it’s a good one
@CarolMidgley finally reading last Saturday’s paper on a Friday - ‘body broth’ is my brilliant new favourite phrase for the liquid element of hot tubbing - ugh! Never have - never will
@ChrisMasonBBC More tests for NHS staff is great and hopefully increasing. Could you remember also to mention non-NHS care staff working in residential care? Front line, face-to-face people caring for vulnerable residents with little or no protection and feeling forgotten & unappreciated.
@waitrose Used this system today and it was managed well and made shopping more pleasant than usual! Some customers still have a limited grasp of what 2m looks like but overall a great help. Thank you.
@BorisJohnson Disingenuous use of the word ‘democracy’ at best. Once you’d snaffled the PM job they said you’d have a car but I bet you’d have been less than happy if it had turned out to be an old wreck with no service agreements. The devil is in the details.
@PhotoLawn@Pret Absolutely! The wooden cutlery isn’t any use. Please try again Prêt - there are plenty of good products out there that are sustainably sourced and produced and actually work. You can’t seriously have tested these and thought they were a solution?!
@CarolMidgley re your card theft piece: my wife’s bag was stolen years ago and before she had a chance to report anything American Express rang her to query an unusual spending pattern.. her Gold Amex had been used in Woolworths..!
Your call centre fixed it and now your system cache loop is resolved and the website is functioning. Thanks.
£1.45/minute for a call to resolve your system error seems steep though...
@wizzair Tried six times to accept your changes to my September flights but website doesn’t show confirmation after I click accept and follow the instructions. Is your website working?
@LucyWilliamson Just to say thanks for your superb reporting as always. I’m not so Keane on someone intoning mawkish sentiment so thank you for giving us the facts and a genuine understanding of the background and the emotion around events.
@CatMacdiarmid Fascinating.... and not quite the uninterrupted, untrammelled view of your subject that it appears to be on the programme! 😀 Loved the work...
