Ugwunwasike to Oraukwu na ngige project?
Yes the road is still standing, just small maintenance
The road from Bridge Head to Umunya is one of the most solid roads I have ever seen. Even without maintenance, it is still in excellent condition, with its drainage system functioning well.

@AmodaOgunlere@LibertyLover001@PeterObi Yes Yes Yes!
That’s why Tinubu appointed only yaribas to head 100% economic team in a multi ethnic nation like this shithole country?
@IgboTradeRoutes@Alabaworldwide Shut up
Always giving useless excuses
Ethiopia planned their country and its excelling. They get a young man that is futuristic recently and he changes the country
I do not think the inland port will be viable as long as it operates within the current Nigerian shipping structure.
A more realistic model would be for large vessels to berth around Opobo, then transfer cargo to smaller vessels that can navigate inland waterways.
Major shipping lines are unlikely to bring large ships directly to an inland port when Nigeria already has established seaports.
Also, dredging and maintaining the waterways would cost hundreds of millions of dollars, with significant recurring maintenance expenses every year.
What Abia State needs most at this stage is an impact bond framework for Abians all over the world, Igbos and other investors to build factories together (IGWEBUIKE model) and a well-planned industrial estates that can attract multinational manufacturers and large-scale private investment. That would create jobs, expand the tax base, and drive sustainable economic growth.
Certain ideologies that encourage critical thinking and debate like Judaism, Christianity, atheism, Buddhism, Igbo omenala will probably result in more critical thinkers.
Ideologies like Islam that demand submission usually don’t produce the best thinkers unfortunately
No debate!! Just submission to fairytales
@FerdinandObiora@NwekereNdoki Do you know what it takes to achieve that? Hundreds of millions of $ and it MUST be maintained yearly because not natural after dredging and expansion
