Nothing pisses me off more than a couple moms chain smoking cigarettes at the fucking playground. I wish I was joking. And i’m a former pack a day smoker. Not around fucking kids.
i have a note called “things I want to text my friends but don’t”. I just get ignored or ghosted. (these are friends i’ve had since I was 12)
mentally it is fulfilling. just by typing it out it’s almost like im texting them. Just without irrational mental fear of being ignored.
i am not a big believer in chicago purity tests, but i do think "have you ever seen the jesse white tumblers" is a pretty fair dividing line between real chicagoan and fake chicagoan
This is why the shift to everyone hating each other has been so hard for millennials.
Many of us went to diverse schools where everyone basically got along. Sure, jokes were made & bad people existed, but there was a general code of respect.
