Much of the case surrounding ex-FBI senior officials Floris and Benavides for allegedly lying to Congress about their knowledge of and involvement in the Hunter Biden probe is document driven.

Take this October 2020 email about talking points for then FBI Director Wray about the Hunter Biden laptop.

The draft talking points begin: “The most I (Wray) can say is that the FBI is in possession of an item that we lawfully seized.”

BENAVIDES responded “This is good…you could add another if asked:

Is the information we’re seeing in the press about a laptop containing emails associated with Hunter Biden part of a Russia disinformation effort? (Reference New York Post)

I can see from the perspective of anyone consuming this story that they could be concerned this is a Russia disinformation effort similar to what the FBI, ODNI, and other agencies have warned against; however, the FBI has not made that determination in this specific instance and as I stated before, I won’t comment on investigations or investigative actions.”

BENAVIDES then wrote “Nikki, thoughts???”

FLORIS responded “Looks good!”

These FBI talking points promoted a false narrative that the Hunter Biden laptop was a Russian plant before the 2020 election, a kind of October surprise. 

Based on my investigative reporting, the FBI determined MONTHS before the 2020 election the laptop was authentic and the property of Hunter Biden.

As gratifying as it is to see Nikki Floris and Bradley Benavides finally facing accountability, let us not lose sight of the sheer magnitude of what they did, which dwarfs the minor charge of lying to Congress under 18 U.S.C. § 1001 that they now face.

These two played a central role in clearing Joe Biden’s path to the White House in 2020 by deliberately derailing investigations into Biden family corruption and planting the fabricated narrative that any damaging information about the Bidens was Russian disinformation. That narrative became the pretext for suppressing the Hunter Biden laptop story and unleashed an avalanche of media lies. Floris was so brazen that she even explicitly claimed to be running the shadow government.

So as welcome as this news is, everyone needs to understand that these two are only being charged with lying about what they did, not for what they did.

🚨🚨 Just got off the phone with Tarrant County election insiders who broke down what is becoming a five-alarm warning: Democrats are outvoting Republicans here.

For perspective, Tarrant is the last large red urban county in America. It is GROUND ZERO for flipping Texas. While Tarrant has more registered Republicans than Democrats, Ds have done a better job of turnout than Rs for the last several elections. REMINDER: In 2018 Beto beat Cruz in Tarrant by over 4k votes.

I am told that even though Ds typically outperform Rs in early voting, the reduced percentage of Rs early voting against Ds at this point signals a major warning.

Texas will be lost if Republicans don’t vote.

Make sure EVERYONE you know votes. There is no greater priority right now.

Using Starlink, a civilian commercial service, for offensive drone strikes to kill people has never been allowed, nor should it be.

Starshield, a different system, is controlled by the US government. What they decide to do is up to them.

Ukraine military violated Starlink terms of service and used it for offensive drone strikes to kill people. That loophole was closed last week.

Starlink remains critical to the defense of Ukraine, as it is the only system that cannot be jammed or blown up, at least for now. Were Starlink to be turned off, the Ukrainian front line would collapse immediately. This is NOT a threat, it is simply a statement of fact.

Starlink was also crucial to preventing Russia from overrunning Ukraine in the early days of the war, as all other means of communication were destroyed or jammed by Russia.

SpaceX has done more to defend Ukraine than any private company on Earth BY FAR.

That said, I have nothing but UTTER CONTEMPT for the virtue-signaling evil warmongers who push for endless slaughter and offer no realistic solution to the conflict. May you burn in hell.

I reread Matthew Cole’s entire Vanity Fair article about Jared Kushner.

Cole alleges that Dutch intelligence hacked Kushner’s phone and uncovered secret financial arrangements involving roughly $2 billion.

But nowhere in the published article does Cole claim he personally obtained or examined the alleged intelligence screenshots, bank statements, wire transfers, or account agreements.

He describes what confidential sources told him.

That’s a significant distinction. We’re not just missing the underlying documents. The author doesn’t even tell readers whether he saw them.

Kushner categorically denies the allegations.

Extraordinary accusations require evidence that can be independently examined.
