The following thread will be me documenting turning my wheelchair into the Iron Throne from @GameOfThrones for @NY_Comic_Con Here is part 1 of making foam swords. #GOT#NYCC2019
39 days asking @AskPlayStation to add full PC support for the @PlayStation Access Controller.
I don't think they'll announce anything since they want most of their market on console, I want them to prove me wrong.
$1k to @CraigHospital if they do under 100 days. MAKE ME PAY!
Day 26 asking @AskPlayStation to add full PC support for the @PlayStation Access Controller.
If we get word from Playstation announcing a full PC support program in under 100 days, I'll donate $1000 to @CraigHospital
Will they make me pay?

What does surfing have in common with Vampires? We have no ideas either…
But @akuparagames just announced they are publishing @PIntroverts
we are so excited to announce we will be doing an #accessibility assessment and playtest with Games Accessibility Hub

Thursday is Global Accessibility Awareness Day #GAAD and to celebrate, at 2PM EST on Twitch, I'm starting my journey through Hades using the Overjoyed Accessibility Controller software for movement using my mouse! I thought it would be a great way to show this accessibility tool!

Thursday is #GAAD Global Accessibility Awareness Day 2024 and I'm celebrating by streaming with my amazing friend @sightlessKombat 👏🏻
We will be streaming Gears 5, he without sight, and I with (almost) only my feet 👀
This is a brilliant way to see game accessibility in action!
At the very least, @Sony@AskPlayStation@markusfriend can you let us disabled gamers know what the plan is for us who want to use the Access Controller on PC? Since the release, I haven't seen any updates about it.
1 week asking @AskPlayStation to add full PC support for the @PlayStation Access Controller.
Everyone who knows me knows that
I'm passionate about accessibility. While creating more accessible hardware was a good start, there is still work to be done. #a11y
Global Accessibility Awareness Day is coming up on the 16th. Will @PlayStation@AskPlayStation make an announcement that they'll add full PC support to their Access Controller?
It'd be cool if they did
You know it's wild to me that such a company that's considered "Great" to most people can't acknowledge something like this. Having an Access Controller isn't a one and done thing. It needs constant work and support. @PlayStation@AskPlayStation
Free PlayStation Access controller?
We just wrapped up a series of focus groups for the first studio we’re working with!
3 focus groups with 12 players from our team discussing a game in the design phase.
Here are the keywords from the transcripts: music, reality, items, thoughts, visual, question, haunted ballet, shrine, playing, dream, player, level, layer, experience.
Can anyone guess what game it was for?
That feels unfairly challenging, so we’ll send a PlayStation Access Controller to the first person who can!
Day 1 asking @AskPlayStation to add full PC support for @PlayStation the Access Controller.
A PC program to assign inputs to all the Access Controller buttons, joystick orientations, and the ability to enable Second Controller for Assistance to use a second Access Controller
This place has really started to frustrate me more and more again so going forward, instead of doom scrolling I'll only be coming on to post work-related/streaming things and then logging back out.
☀ 🎮 We’re giving away 2 free mini accessibility assessments to celebrate GAAD (Global Accessibility Awareness Day) Foundation on May 16, 2024.
👉 In collaboration with our partners at Games Accessibility Hub, we’ll select and conduct a mini accessibility assessment of 2 video games.
As part of the assessments, Games Accessibility Hub will provide feedback on different areas such as the control scheme, the UI and HUD, the gameplay etc... and we’ll conduct playtests or interviews with Easy Surf’s team of expert players with disabilities.
We're looking for a range of genres, sizes, and stages of development. You can submit already released titles, prototypes or even just game design and concept documents - all of which can be analyzed for accessibility.
We will publish the results of the mini assessment to contribute to the conversation about inclusion and improving the gaming experience for players with disabilities.
🕹 Requirements:
🟣Your game is on PC, Switch, or mobile.
