I need urgent help regarding an international subscription payment issue.
I initially paid $23.60 for Claude Pro, which was later refunded and resolved. However, I also made a separate payment of $118 for the Claude Max plan, which was successfully charged from my account but the subscription was never activated.
Anthropic support has confirmed they can see the payment in their system, yet the Max subscription is still not active. The payment portal is also showing the subscription as unpaid.
This issue remains unresolved despite multiple follow-ups. Kindly investigate the merchant settlement/payment status for the $118 transaction and help resolve it at the earliest.
I can provide transaction IDs, payment receipts, screenshots, and all supporting documents via DM.

You had no problem taking my $118 payment and sending me a "Successful Purchase" email for Claude Max.
But my subscription was never activated.
I've been contacting support every day since May 27 through email, chat, and X. No response. No update. No resolution.
This is one of the worst support experiences I've had. A paying customer shouldn't have to chase a company for days just to receive the service they already paid for.
Please fix this or provide a response.

Sent me a confirmation email saying my Claude Max purchase was successful.
Then never activated the subscription.
Multiple emails. Multiple support requests. Multiple messages on X.
Nothing.
For an AI company worth billions, the customer support experience is embarrassingly bad.
Taking money works. Responding to customers apparently doesn't.
Fix this.

Extremely disappointed with the support experience.
I paid $118 for a Claude Max subscription, the payment was successfully processed, but my subscription was never activated. I've been trying to contact support every day since May 26 through email, chat, and X, and have received no response.
There is no direct support, only automated responses everywhere, while paying customers are left without help. I've paid for a service that I still cannot use.
