@FoMaHun Maybe they also accepted the fact that the natural block would become visible on one (the bottom when being cast) of the surfaces? How similar or dissimilar (other than tool marks) is artificial lime stone from natural one? Would the boundaries be visible within the same block?
@FoMaHun Makes sense either way. I assume casting
those blocks with a big natural block inside would be quite challenging though since you would need to avoid the block sinking to the bottom of the mold and ultimately being exposed (on the outside surface of the big geopolymere blocks).
@FoMaHun Some sort of elaborate suspension technique (small spacers or suspending blocks?) would be required which would later on need to become invisible when solidified.
