@BarclaysUKHelp All I've asked for is a simple update, which is: has the valuation been done, it's ridiculous that I have to escalate a complaint to get a simple yes/no answer, and even after a week of loging the complaint, still no update, no call, no progress
@Barclays@BarclaysUKHelp I've now been waiting over a month for a valuation to be booked, both myself& my solicitor have contacted you multiple times, contradicting answers. complaints team haven't resolved, no one has called to update, why is your customer service so poor?
@BarclaysUKHelp I was told today that a valuation has still not been done/booked, I was then told by another team member that a 2nd desktop valuation HAD been done, this is 2nd time now I've been told conflicting information, I was also told that this could take Barclays 40 days to resolve!
