You isolate for 10 full days from AFTER the day you show symptoms.
In the build up to the Brentford game it was reported he prepared all week with the team??? @NUFC

I’m in the middle of isolation now and would love to know how he has done this??

We have decent wide players, one of the best passers of the ball in the country and a couple of strikers. play to our strengths?? Have a go.attack. At least try and entertain. Rafa out for me
