@LeShuttle not accepting pet passport that are accepted to travel on the Government website. How can you get away with making your own rules up. It’s totally unacceptable on your behalf. Can you let me know where I can complain I will not let the pet department get away with this
@LeShuttle And she received information that was factual wrong. Exactly, issued in NI exactly like the website says yet we were forced to pay £150. I don’t care what was printed on it thats not what the gov website says
@LeShuttle Nope, England to France. Hence why the NI dog passport is still valid To enter the EU. Unfortunately the staff you employ dont know this. I hope they sleep tonight while my wife and son Travel through the night
@LeShuttle My dog passport was issued in NI as per your above link yet she wasnt allowed on until £150 was spent. Ill be expecting you to cover this. You will get an extremely detailed email in the coming days
@LeShuttle Tunnel booked for 7 but couldn’t leave until 12 due to the hoops you made my family jump through even though all the paper work was in order. You need to sort out the info for travel when it comes to Brexit.
@LeShuttle Thanks for acknowledging that your service is terrible. And no it isnt a nice evening, my family are still travelling through France because le shuttle delayed them 5 hrs with a 3 year old boy.
@LeShuttle Of which we did, and had it printed as the dog has a NI passport which is still valid. You wouldn’t accept it. Will you be refunding us the £150 you forced us to spend for this voyage?

@LeShuttle To add insult to injury we had to pay another £20 as your system didn’t show the dog even though we had confirmation. I’ll never use the tunnel again. It’s a rip off and unpleasant experience. We will take this much further
@mattpoulton@LeShuttle Turned away my wife with a valid dog passport. It says it on the euro tunnel and gov website that it’s ok. Staff who have no idea what they are doing that has a huge impact
@LeShuttle Sorry doesn’t cut it. Your staff turned away my wife and son from check in as the dog has a passport issued in NI which is still valid. Now tell me what you’re going to do
