@belfastairport how disappointing that refurb has left what seems like even less seats, crap food choices and less device charging. The charge options are mostly on high uncomfortable seats. We are not all on holiday. many reg business travellers. future is wireless ? Nothing!
@premierinn so now we should be checking that the hotel advertises hot water facilities at the premises before we can complain & invoke GNG. Had I been informed prior to check in there was no working boiler, I would not have stayed. £37 refund is all I get! Disgusting.
@premierinn Cold days means a hot, warm or at v least l, luke warm, shower would be nice. Sadly not in Cockermouth. The boiler not working and awaiting a part from China. Very disappointing.

@bookingcom shocking u you have cancelled my hotel room in London in 2 weeks time but am I supposed to be happy that 'you've done the cancellation free of charge!' booked back in May!No alt offered! Disgusting service. Will never use again, can't be trusted to honour bookings.

have managed to raise complaint with CS but not good enough she is going to have to wait up to 20 days for refund. intimidating young female travellers is just not acceptable!
