@NYCTBus just spent $15 on a car to avoid being late to work after my m101 driver left the bus to go to the bathroom. Do you guys reimburse or just tell everyone to be 15 minutes early to compensate for your service?
@NYCTBus bxm1 left Sherman two minutes early (sched 8:58 left 8:56) and I watched it ride away. Very frustrating for a bus that leaves once an hour. No warning from bustime or Google maps. Build a dependable service and stay at stops until departure times.
@NYCTBus It's not an issue of a wait, it's an issue of using mass transit and being employed. I used those methods to determine I need to waste money this morning. This wasn't enough notice to learn the bus would be twenty minutes late and take the subway. I'm pretty angry.
@NYCTBus any way to know when the bxm1 will be twenty minutes late in advance? Would love to plan ahead and not get screwed into taking a cab to get to work.
@MTA Someone else in the car did catch it, but the speakers might not have been turned up enough, and others in the car missed it as well. Arrived at 96th 1-2-3 station at 10:49am, second car from the back.
