We're thrilled to announce a significant step toward first oil! The East African Crude Oil Pipeline (@EACOP_ ) project has received the last batch of pipes at Dar-es-Salaam Port, Tanzania. This delivery completes the 1,443km of pipes needed for the entire pipeline!
This delivery marks the successful culmination of a massive logistics effort and signals our transition to the final stages of pipeline construction. The focus is now on the rapid preparation and installation of these pipes to enable the flow of crude oil.

Current Construction Progress:

800km of pipeline has been welded.

300km coated.

115km buried, alongside the ongoing installation of high voltage cables.
