@nectar evening, is there anyone that can talk to me urgently regarding points not returned to us. The issue started in May. If not resolved ASAP I'm going to have to progress via solicitor
@nectar We have been told that since June and still nothing. We was even told in one phone call that the points would be put back on in 24hours, that was over a month ago
@eBay can you please explain why we are still waiting from May to get a situation resolved?! Apparently @nectar are also waiting for a reply from yourselves
@nectar been waiting since 13th May for points to be put back on my card. Dozens of phone calls at about £30 cost now to "customer service" 🤣 still not be sorted and getting no help
@TelfordCentre might want to find a better place to put signs up to say card machine isnt working. Also cover up the other signs that say credit and debit cards accepted. But big thanx to the beggar who gave us directions to the nearest other pay point. Better then the intercom
