@zacbowden I think it is a usability decision. The slide-out widgets pane in Windows 11 allows for the quick look you'd want without having to minimize your windows to see the desktop (Windows Key + W)
It's a great once you disable the hideous news feeds and stick to user chosen widgets.
@aaronkrol Those anti-birthright advocates fail the Scalia test. They rely on letters and correspondence of questionable influence, instead of the broader understanding at the time, which overwhelmingly favors birthright citizenship, particularly in case law as far back as the 1600s.
@planedrop@zacbowden It was brilliant when smartphone screen sizes were 3.5". Big text made things easily legible. Just not so much a need on a 5.5" screen.
