@ThreeUKSupport worst company I have ever had dealt with. Since the upgraded app they changed the name on the account WITHOUT permission and I've contacted them regularly for last TWO MONTHS and still nothing done regarding this. As its been with the useless backend team USELESS
@ThreeUKSupport Yes all logged formally. It's actually gone over the allowed dates for a complaint so they have had to open ANOTHER new one ๐คฃ๐คฃ yes all done correctly. But it seems the back end team can't do their job

@ThreeUKSupport That's exactly what I've done numerous times and they just say nothing they can do as it's with the backend team. And I have to give it time. They must think 2 months is not long enough

We eventually got on a flight and took off about 7.30 Monday evening. Was just so glad to finally get home after that airport
@UtilitaEnergy Joke of a company. Taking higher direct debits out of accounts this is the 5th time youse have done it. But I've had enough now. I will lodge a complaint and I know nothing will be done about ut as there never is. Then I will go through the ombudsman energy service.

Requested a final response letter that's requested by the financial ombudsman and now they are refusing too comply and supply the letter.

I've now been forced too contact the financial ombudsman too get involved. And don't bother saying please drop me a DM blah blah blah, all u say is this is being prioritised , it's a LIE
