@Annie3H@claragt@alirigby @KevolutionKev @richscrich@hadronarly This course was the most fun and most useful I've had in years, and I still go back to my notes occasionally even now. Thanks so much @claragt and all the best with whatever you choose to do next!
We are building our data capability here and we are looking for someone brilliant to come and lead it - have a think and if restlessness strikes after Christmas the deadline is 9th January - come and do great things https://t.co/sm5JLelW8j

Some good points from @DyfrigWilliams on how we might use audit better on an Adult to Adult level to move beyond shame and judgement and improve self understanding of our teams and organisations
Next week is @DigiLeaders big week of showcasing all things innovation & digital with over 300 speakers and 250 live sessions and best of all it’s free!! And me and @PaulBromford will be doing our bit talking about our specialist subject, failure. https://t.co/w6VNEn4HEI
School attendance drops on 14 December, which is "Christmas jumper day", apparently because underprivileged children's families can't afford to buy a single-use jumper https://t.co/u3SQcnqj53 this seems a good reason not to do Christmas jumper day, IMO. Via @Ed_Dorrell@stephenkb
We're recruiting a service designer at @adurandworthing 🥳 it's an incredible chance to shape a growing service design practice and work with some incredible people in ambitious and forward thinking councils https://t.co/SaPkz6sHNb
@NeilTamplin Also think we could use video to reduce the number of repairs pre-inspections we do. The need for safety during the pandemic is driving this change but actually this has potential to improve efficiency anyway.
Anyone in #ukhousing got experience of using video call apps like zoom, WhatsApp to discuss things like ASB, or diagnose repairs? With distancing measures continuing this could be useful for a lot of our more digital savvy tenants.
@NeilTamplin Thanks Neil, thought someone should be making use of video calls! Think Sophie might be willing to chat about her experience of using video calls & what works/doesn't? Also wondering how staff feel about video calls that show part of their home to callers & if different to phone?
Communicating with each other, at this time of immense challenges, is key
