@Se_Railway Buggy then has to race around to the 1pm train. No ramp was in place or wheelchairs to boards to train. Both my parent then had struggle to get into the train and find their seat. We arrived at St Pancrasnat 12.20 and boarded the 1pm LNER train at 12.58.
@Se_Railway 2nd LNER seemed surprised that passenger assistance was required even though it was booked. So they had to swap wheelchairs and then get onto a buggy
@Se_Railway First of all after arriving at St Pancras staff initially refused to take a wheelchair onto the train to dismount both of my parent. Then they only took them to the information office at Kings Cross and not onto the train as previously has happened.
Thanks to everyone who helped make this weekend’s Roleholder Training Weekend a success, including the presenters, the interpreters and captioners from @SignaliseCoop and the many activists who took part!
