Remind me to never get any more @airtelindia products in the future. It's been 2 days since I paid for a DTH connection yet no technician called. I have messages saying they were supposed to come yesterday. I have paid but installation not done yet.

@Airtel_Presence Some guy called me today morning asking if installation was done. I said no, he said he is arranging a call. But so far nothing and it's already late afternoon. I tried reaching customer care but it's a maze! Both via 121 IVR and the airtel app.
