Scale I to III officers play a major role in earning PLI for the Bank,yet they are given only 15 days of PLI, while Scale IV and above receive 365 days. Why this double standard?
This disparity is unacceptable.

जहां हम #5DaysBanking की लड़ाई लड़ रहे हैं वहीं UPGB मे गाजीपुर में लगातार बैंक कर्मियों का शोषण हो रहा है।
रोज देर रात तक RO में मीटिंग की जाती है और देर रात तक ब्रांच खुलवाई जाती है।
कल ऐसे ही ब्रांच से देर रात लौट रहे एक भाई का एक्सीडेंट हो गया।

When the entire world is moving towards 4 days a week, only we are deprived of the much needed 5 days banking… RBI, state government, insurance sector is having 5 days a week.. It’s high time that bankers should also be given 5 days a week.

For those who spend weeks away from their families, exhaustion is not abstract.
Tired hands can’t deliver quality service.
Banks are running with staff shortages, endless pressure, and rising stress.
5-day banking is not a luxury. It’s about dignity, health, and better service for the public.
UFBU has been fighting for this since 2015.
IBA accepted it and conveyed it to the Government.
It is already recorded in official agreements.
Yet implementation is still missing.
Promises are not meant to stay on paper.
It’s time to act.

Bank officers are forced to work even on holidays due to SMA & NPA pressure. 90+1 days are counted as calendar days, not working days.
RBI & Govt must correct IRAC norms. Otherwise bankers will be loosing their holidays till retirement.
