KCC-20 is progressing together with KCC-1 and KCC-2, since it builds on top of them.
In addition, KCC-20 requires a published reference implementation before it can be finalized.
The Argent reference implementation is being audited and tested, and we are pushing to get it ready for Last Call as well.
