Huh. Stock PM now limits the # of threads sysmodules can create to 0x60 (down from 0x260). There's a new pm:shell cmd to increase this limit to 0xC0, but I dunno if anything calls it on retail.

This seems like an anti-cfw measure (prevent CFW from creating threads?), wow!

@paniq @pcgamer ummm have you looked at all the benchmarks? the fps tanks with it on. like 2 seconds on google and you can find it on every site that has tested it. on a 2080ti you go from like 140 with it off to like 70 with it on
