Justice Thomas sprung a killer question on the ACLU lawyer: "What remedy are you seeking?" Strangio, flummoxed by such a seemingly simple question said an injunction. Justice Thomas then asked "practically, you would get different treatment based on sex?" and the trap was laid.

Strangio said the plaintiff (a girl who identifies as a boy) would be allowed to get drugs for "a typical male puberty" despite having a "birth sex [of] female." That answer made clear that girls who identify as boys would get a right under the Constitution to testosterone, but boys who identify as boys would not, which is...sex discrimination! Genius.

I have a friend who passed away last year. He used to be a manager in Trump's California Security. He worked for Trump for 10 years. He said that he knew of at least 15 times that Trump paid off employee's mortgages when they went through a crisis or had a death in their family. He made them sign NDAs because he didn't want credit. It is sad how New York and many americans are treating him now. So sad...

Here’s my Trump tower story. I went on an educational field trip in 8th grade to Philadelphia and NYC. When we got to NYC it was pouring down raining. They dropped us off at Tiffany’s to shop before we went to a Sony museum. The tour guide told us we could use the restroom in Trump Tower because they were the ONLY PLACE around there that allowed you to enter and do that. So yes I “tinkled” in a beautiful gilded gold bathroom and I remember gold everywhere and a waterfall running down the side in the entry area. Donald Trump allowed random people off the streets to enter and track in water and was the only place there that did that at the time. This was in 2006. I hope he gets all his businesses out of NYC after what they did yesterday. The city has made lots of money off of the Trump family. I’m from the south and we are known for hospitality but President Trump is also hospitable. He doesn’t deserve any of this BS he has gotten.
